The 4* Holiday Village Florenz is situated directly on the sea and placed in a pine forest. It covers an area of 80,000 square meters, where wonderful natural dunes outcrop, preserved by the Delta Park, a World Heritage site. 
Inside there are two restaurants, including one by the sea, a pizzeria, a games room, a supermarket, bike rental, entertainment and mini club, swimming pool for children and adults, Wi-Fi access and camper service.

There is the possibility to rent comfortable bungalows and cottages located in different areas of the campsite, even directly on the sea, all with air conditioning and heating, TV/SAT, bathroom, towels and bed linen, and other amenities. We also have brand new houses, designed to meet the needs of people with disabilities and mobility problems, combining comfort with the environment care.

Holiday Village Florenz has a large private beach which overlooks the Monnalisa Beach Restaurant: in its beautiful panoramic terrace, you can taste local and international dishes from breakfast to dinner in a relaxing atmosphere. You will be charmed even by the kitchen overlooking the dining room where you can watch the chefs’ prepping. Monnalisa Beach Restaurant is open to guests from outside and is available for weddings, parties and private dinners. Berba Restaurant is located in the central area of the village, in a great location for families with children who can choose among a good pizza, a hot bruschetta or typical cuisine from Emilia-Romagna, and, at the same moment, enjoy the shows organized by our entertainment staff.

Every day the entertainment team organizes sports activities for adults and children: 
- Mini Club: games and activities for all children aged 5 to 10 years old (water games, karaoke, Nutella party, workshops, mini-Olympic games) 
- Junior Club: sport and entertainment for children from 11 to 16 years ( basket ball, beach tennis, table tennis, beach volley, five-a-side football) 

- Fitness & Fun: muscle toning, water aerobics, water dance, water volley, Latin-American dancing, total body, total relax
- Games for all: gin rummy tournament, aperitif game, beach games

And in the evening… let's dance! Every evening our entertainment staff organizes baby disco on restaurant show stage. The music includes all summer hits and the newest disco releases!

Music Evenings: the Holiday Village Florenz entertainment staff organizes live musical evenings. These include all types of music like folk, jazz, Latin-American music and group dancing!

Wellness Center "Welly": completely immersed in the greenery in contact with nature, it is a “heaven of tranquility” where you can totally dedicate yourself to psycho-physical well-being. The center is equipped with Turkish bath with multi-sensory shower, whirlpool, fitness room and massage room.
Nautical Centre "FloNautic": our sailing center and its catamaran fleet. Wind surfing and canoeing are available to all sailors and sea lovers, to navigate alone or in company.
